Cheese Fondue


Ingredients :500g emmental500g cheddar200g beaufort1 clove of garlic1 litre dry white wineblack pepper1 tbsp cornflour1 glass of Kirschcrusty brown bread
Recipe :Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into thin strips.Peel the garlic clove and rub the inside of a saucepan.Pour the white wine into the saucepan and bring to the boil, then add the cheese. Stir constantly.Season well with black pepper.Form a paste with the cornflour and kirsch and add tot he fondue, stirring well.Cut the bread into cubes.Serve.Advice :Accompanying drink : Kirsch or white wine
